At Mama Made Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us via email or social media with your concern.
SHIPPING TIMES
​We do our absolute best to stay within a reasonable processing time for all orders. However, as a busy Mum of 3 sometimes things can change quickly. We endeavour to have all orders processed within 1-2 weeks but please keep an eye out for any alerts on the website stating otherwise.
Should you require your item earlier please contact us first as there may be a rush order fee applied.

Shipping time is not included in the processing time, you have the choice of Express shipping (2-4 days) or Standard shipping (5-7 days) at checkout.

Our orders are posted with Australia Post and will have their own tracking number.
If you have not received your tracking number via email please contact us.

If you do not receive your order in the time listed please contact us.

Pickups
We offer local pick up. When your order is ready you will receive an email to advise that your order is ready, along with details on when and where you can collect.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All our items are made with love and care and we take pride in our work.

We do not accept returns/refunds on custom and personalised products. However, if there is an error in your product we will work with you as quickly as possible to rectify this. Please contact us via email or social media.
After your order is made, we cannot accept any changes or requests to refund/cancel your order so please triple check all details prior to checkout.

DAMAGES
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please read the following policy carefully:
Reporting Damaged Items

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to report any damage.

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To report a damaged item, please email or message on social media with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.
Handling and Use

We are not responsible for any breakage, damage, or wear that occurs after the item has been opened or used.

Please handle all items, especially delicate materials with care.

Mirror acrylic is delicate and can scratch easily

Do not use alcohol based cleaning products or rough cloths/sponges, as they may damage the surface. Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth and a mild cleaner if required.
