  • Do you offer free shipping?
    No, We do not offer free shipping on orders.
  • How long will my order take?
    Processing Time: We aim to process orders within 1-2 weeks but in most cases it is less unless during peak time (Easter, Christmas, back to school etc). Shipping Times: In addition to our processing times, postage with Australia Post can take up to 4-7 business days for standard shipping, and 2-4 business days with express shipping. For more accurate times, please visit the Australia Post website. If you require it by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request (rush orders may incur a fee)
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Due to the nature of our personalised products we do not accept returns, unless faulty or an error on my behalf was made.
  • Do you do custom orders or products not seen on the website?
    Yes absolutely! If you can't find what you're looking for on our website, please do not hesitate to reach out via social media or email to discuss what you're after. Custom/unique orders are a favourite.
  • What do I do if I receive my order damaged?
    We try our best to package everything to void damage, however we rely heavily on Australia post to be careful with your parcels. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following details: Order number: Details of Damage: Photos of Damaged product and the packaging If you do not contact us within 24 hours of delivery, we have the right to refuse a refund or replacement.
